How to Access 0x Data

The canonical guide to 0x volume, usage and trade data.
0x

At 0x Labs, we want 0x data to be easy to access, transparent, and available to everyone. 0x is a highly robust and flexible protocol, but understanding data on usage and adoption has been difficult because it’s not as simple as going to a single on-chain contract. As we’ve evolved and gone multi-chain, it’s become even more challenging to consolidate and present that data clearly and transparently - until now.

We have put together a new guide that will serve as the canonical resource for accessing all 0x protocol data. This new guide introduces the dashboards and tools available to explore 0x data, providing a clear view into usage and adoption.

With this guide, we also want to improve the consistency in how 0x data is presented and interpreted. There are multiple parties currently working to provide more clarity on blockchain data, but there is still a lot of confusion about DeFi data in general and many differences in how it is reported. Data is only effective if it’s available and consistent, and having comprehensive documentation for 0x data is the first step toward making that a reality.

The solutions contained in this documentation are ideal for teams working on analytics product or data information sites, looking to integrate 0x data with minimum effort; or for DeFi researchers/analysts looking for ready-made, reliable sources about the 0x ecosystem. For now, we are mainly focusing on ready-made analytics solutions that don’t require advanced data scraping. However, we have included additional links to resources for advanced use cases.

As we continue to improve the protocol, we will keep the guide updated with the latest resources.
